Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Entry Level Field Sales Representative to join
our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our parcel delivery services through door-to[1]door marketing, building relationships with potential clients, and increasing our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct door-to-door sales visits to potential clients in designated areas.
• Be available for offsite outreach three days a week and two days a week in the office to follow
up.
• Present and promote the benefits of our parcel delivery services.
• Identify and target new sales opportunities within the community.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required.
• Must be comfortable with door-to-door sales activities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
